About Veggie Vox

What is Veggie Vox?

Do you want to live and feel better? Veggie Vox is a resource for anyone choosing to live healthy, by providing dietary articles, gardening and cooking tips, recipes, and information about vegetarianism.

We feature only meatless diets, because we believe that living healthy and ethically means living without eating animals. Of course, we respect your choice to eat animal products. We happily help non-vegetarians who want to mix some good food into their diet, people cooking for a vegetarian, or vegans and vegetarians. No matter your reasons for looking, we will try to have something that suits you.

Our articles may include health information about foods, reasons for choosing a vegetarian lifestyle, reviews of vegetarian products and cookbooks, counterarguments to vegetarian living, and stories from different vegetarians' perspectives.
